Ordering Information

Welcome to the Roseni Events online store! To ensure your event is a success and that your delicious food arrives on time, we have compiled the most important information about the ordering process here.

How to order?
  1. Select products: Add the desired food and drinks to your shopping cart.
  2. Confirm details: Proceed to the order confirmation page. There, you can enter your contact information and indicate whether you wish to order as a private individual or as a business.
  3. Set the delivery time: Select the date and time for product delivery. Please note that some products have a longer pre-order period—this is displayed on the product page.
  4. Double-check: Before paying, make sure once again that the selected delivery time is correct.
  5. Pay conveniently: Proceed to the payment gateway to pay for your order.

After a successful payment, we will send an order confirmation with an invoice to your email address.

Pickup

All orders must be picked up in person at Mere pst 6, Tallinn.

By arrangement, we can also provide courier service within Tallinn and Harju County. Please contact us before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order by clicking the cancellation link in the order confirmation email. However, please note the following conditions:

  • More than 12 hours in advance: If you cancel your order more than 12 hours before the scheduled time, we will refund your prepayment. A 10% service fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Less than 12 hours in advance: If there are less than 12 hours until cancellation, the prepayment is non-refundable.
