The owner of the Roseni Events E-shop (hereinafter the "Online Store") is Roseni Majad OÜ (registry code 10618250), located at Hobujaama tn 4, Kesklinna district, Tallinn, Harju County.
The Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to purchases made in the Online Store.
The prices of products sold in the Online Store are listed next to the products. All prices of goods sold in the Online Store are in euros.
If the Goods are to be delivered by the Online Store, the delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the method of delivery. In such cases, the delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order.
Information about the goods is provided in the Online Store directly next to the goods.
To order goods, add the desired products to the shopping cart. To place an order, fill in the required fields and select a suitable payment method. The total amount will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely using the following payment methods:

Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment—when paying via bank link, in the respective bank’s secure environment, and when paying by credit card, in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller has no access to the customer’s bank and credit card information. The contract enters into force upon receipt of the amount due in the Online Store’s bank account.
The owner of the Online Store is the controller of personal data and transfers the personal data necessary for processing payments to the authorized processor, Maksekeskus AS.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to stock depletion or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the payment will be refunded immediately, but no later than 14 days after the notification is sent.
To confirm the order, a full prepayment is required. By making the prepayment, the buyer agrees to the rules established by the online store.
The online store reserves the right to make changes to the price list.
To receive the Goods, the buyer must pick them up in person, unless otherwise agreed upon.
After placing an order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the order (cancel the order by clicking the cancellation link in the order confirmation email).
The prepayment is non-refundable if the order is canceled less than 12 hours before the specified time.
If the order is canceled more than 12 hours before the specified time, the prepayment will be refunded, minus a 10% service fee of the total prepayment amount.
Refunds for orders will be processed as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days.
The online store is liable to the buyer for any non-conformity with the terms of the contract or defects in the goods sold that existed at the time of delivery.
Upon discovering a defect, the buyer must immediately contact E-ope by sending an email to info@rosenievents.ee or by calling +372 588 72 688.
The Online Store is not liable for defects that arise after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.
If goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is liable, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund the amounts paid in advance for the relevant goods.
The Online Store will respond to a complaint submitted by the consumer in writing or in a form that allows for written reproduction within 15 days.
The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer solely for processing the order and, if necessary, for shipping the goods to the buyer. The online store shares personal data with companies in order to deliver the goods.
The online store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has expressed a desire to do so by entering their email address on the website and agreed to
The buyer may opt out of receiving offers and newsletters via email at any time by notifying us via email or by following the instructions provided in the email containing the offer.
